July 2013 Sam & I did this as well as parts of other trails to complete this NW segment of the Prescott Trail. We started at a small trailhead at the end of Katahn Rd. We first hiked on the Willow Trail #347. At .62 miles the Ho-Kay-Gan Trail #341 went right.
