I did a fair bit of backpacking long, long ago, back around Wisconsin & Michigan. I finally have reasonably adequate gear to start trying some of the hiking around here now, & seeing how different the equipment is compared to the *mumble*-year old stuff I'm familiar with.

Now, I've moved to the UK, but still love the app for the guidance, and especially the warnings if I'm going off-piste, as they say here. I do wonder, whether there's any interest in getting routes mapped so far from Arizona, given the theme of the site?
