People just call me addicted and a big dork. Of course I call myself that as well so maybe it doesn't count. I think people like to call 1.5 miles hiking, but to me that is just a walk in the park.

I would love to do this hike, but I don't have the gear needed to hike in the snow. I will definitely hit the mountains when the snow thaws. Dang I really wish I could go!!!

Wiz, you are a riot!

I had the same problem, I figured they were my shoes. Every hiking boot I have tried screwed my feet up (bad bruising, could hardly walk) and gave me blisters. I switched to hiking in my running shoes, guess what, no more foot problems.

You aren't far from me, I am on Crismon/Broadway. As others have said, you have come to the right forum, just keep your eye open. There is usually a hike going on every weekend. Welcome!
