Well, I just woke up about a half hour ago so I should probably get the award for waking up the latest! Been running on about 4 hours sleep a night for days on end now and that's just not enough ... but it wasn't gonna' keep me away from the big night. 8) Thanks for everything Hoppy! Looks like a go...

And, believe me, her ice cream is much better than anything you can buy in a store. I mostly only like triple chocolate ice cream but the ice cream she makes is just totally awesome with caramel and almonds on top!

A few years ago I was at Horseshoe Reservoir (same general area as Bartlett Lake) waiting for my brother and his youngsters to show up. The water was about 30 feet lower than usual and there was a plethora of driftwood ringing the lake. I was wandering along admiring the various wonderful driftwood ...
