I'd like to bp from Patagonia to Gardner Cyn this weekend. (4/21 - 4/23)
If anyone's interested, we'd have to drop a vehicle off in G. Cyn, then drive down to the South TH outside Patagonia to start the walk.

You've had more than ample replies to your question, wedge (?), but I want you to know you'r lo not alone. I'm walking the AzT one segment at a time with my daughter, and due to age, (I'm 70) I was interested in cutting back on weight. So I dropped the tent, even though I was just a leetle concerned...

Checked with SHPO, and they don't have any info of value.
I'll keep working on it. I know portions will be through private property, and maybe a couple reservations, so I figured I'd check with owners first, then, depending on their response, either go around or through.

I'm doing the AzT right now, and after I'm finished, I'd like to try to follow Beale's Wagon Road. There's a lot of history involving the trail, including use of camels. Does anyone know of a reading source describing the route through Arizona? I already checked Amazon and a couple Old Book sites. K...

Re-read my post, and realized it's not complete. My Daughter and I are walking the AzTrail, a segment at a time. I plan on us walking the Hardscrabble segment this Fall. We leave a vehicle at each end of a segment, to provide transportation after we've finished the trip. It looks like the North end ...

I'm walking the Az Trail, and plan to do the Hardscrabble segment this Fall. I can leave one car in the Pine area.
Is there a two-track to take me back to the LF Ranch-Verde River TH?
