Somwhat sedentary female looking for someone(s) to walk / hike with during the work week.

Need to start slow & easy and plan to improve quickly.

Live in the East Valley, Arizona and, initially, looking to walk / hike somewhat locally.

I live in gilbert and am looking for a fellow "out-of-shape" walker -- more a walker than a hiker, at this point.
