where U-Bar trail crosses the Barbershop canyon, north side of the "Cabin Loop" i left a Realtree camo cuben fiber/dyneema tarp.
it is specifically designed for hammocks. orange guylines, 4 stakes.

i hiked these sections, but several years ago. so, i'll follow this thread.
there were def. sections of trail (south of bargamann tank) that were dry. or fouled by livestock.
best bet is to follow AZT class of 2020 sobo's on FB, or AZT website links. you can watch reports in real time.
