Fair enough, I just felt the need to elaborate on some of the above points. C'mon Joe, you ought to know by now I can't keep my mouth shut about anything.
I noticed this when I moved here that they are allowing building right by the tailheads and trails. In Indiana, the Federal gov't and state of Indiana are buying up more land to avoid this. I lived by the Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore.
Arizona is actually doing just the opposite. The state is mandated to sell or trade state trust lands for the "highest possible return" in order to raise money for state operations such as schools, social services etc. Keep that in mind next time you hear some grouch grumbling about taxes or a politician promising to lower them still further.

Thanks for the info Napalm. My captain's son is a mp assigned to the 101st. in Iraq. He graduated last year from high school and completed basic and AIT school at Ft Leonard Wood.
