Mt Hopkins -- is the observatory still kicking hikers off the mountain?

Planning a summit tour of the Santa Ritas and Mt. Hopkins is a pretty big one to pass over. Last year there were a number of reports in triplogs of Smithsonian Observatory personnel kicking hikers off the mountain citing anything from road construction to Covid as the underlying reason. Is this still the case or are they less likely to banish hikers from the summit these days?

I also know a few people who can confirm it.

Where does this one fall on the scale? Any bonus points for doing them with dogs?

Someone said they've seen no signs of UDAs. Perhaps now, but in 2008, on 'Slurry Ridge' down the Gardner Cnyn Tr, A 'camp' from UDAs was visibly disturbed by bears, with crunched soup cans etc. So they go there, since there is water.
