There was several inches of column space about this in today's Republic, followed by several more inches of how to be safe while out hiking.

Just curious, since I don't feel like digging deep enough to see what he looks like. Just what does he look like that we expect him to look like?

It truly is a miracle I didn't freeze to death or starve up there on Humphrey's Peak, in the few times I was on top in Winter.
My army of sherpas and tens of thousands of dollars of specialized equipment I had to fight against that 25 mph wind and temperature estimated to be between 16 and 30 degrees. And in March, no less. It's as if by only some miracle I managed to stave off death.
That guy needs to go back to hiking on concrete, his avocado toast and Ironic T-Shirts. What a tarzan swinging' joke. I used to think the kids from Phoenix who would call 911 for SAR when they were out of Snow Bowl's bounds on the Peaks when snow boarding were bad. This guy takes it to another level.

@LosDosSloFolks
I'm glad he was using alltrails and not HAZ or SP. Very glad. Very glad for this specific mountain in winter.

@Watauga
Thanks, although that was not what I expected him to look like. More of a cross between the gyrocopter pilot from Mad Max and Napoleon Dynamite

Does NOT look like Napoleon at all! Don't pick on Napoleon!
