Um..! If you're gonna go that way, I wanna go too!joe bartels wrote:maybe I'll slip in and do the enjoyable canyon hike up while the rest of you scratch the boring trail off Chris' "gotta do ever trail list" TWICE when you could take the beautiful canyon up and the trail with views down. I'll hike down with the group and tell you what you missed.

Are you saying take Pine Canyon to Parsnip Springs and then take the creek up or take the canyon all the way from 87 north of the TH? This is sounding pretty good! I might opt to tag along on this branch, too. Should we battle for the route in Chris' driveway Sunday morning? HAZ decisions made Thunderdome style!joe bartels wrote:maybe I'll slip in and do the enjoyable canyon hike up while the rest of you scratch the boring trail off Chris' "gotta do ever trail list" TWICE when you could take the beautiful canyon up and the trail with views down.
I'm staying on the trail regardless of what everyone else does. I'm a fan of trails and not a fan of Joe's bushwhacks. Or bushwhacks in general for that matter. I think everyone will probably make their decision at Parsnip Spring as to whatever they want to do. We'll all end up back at the same TH and I know I'll have a set of car keys.Tough_Boots wrote:Should we battle for the route in Chris' driveway Sunday morning? HAZ decisions made Thunderdome style!
I'm sensing a challenge between the 2 factions...The Stillernator wrote:

I still have my Sept. 5 hike up to Milk Ranch Pt and down the Webber trail and back on the Highline. After that it's only hiking on bye weeks and night games. And then there's that 2nd surgery I have to have in November to get the plate taken out of my shoulder... :roll:joe bartels wrote:Everyone better join in or you might not see Chris until February!
I thought we were rolling with tequilaTough_Boots wrote:so... who's dragging the keg up the trail? I think it's mandatory at this point. We seem to be going for the record of most HAZers on a single trail.
