Rain, thunder, lightning and some big trees down in the 'hood this morning. Note to self, get a chain saw.

I drove back to Phoenix yesterday from Flag, and ran into the heaviest rain that I have ever seen between Sedona and 260. I was driving 25 mph on I-17 and could barely see. There was also a fantastic lightning storm -- I wish that I had taken pics of it.

DAMN really? I'll be around Happy Jack area. Enjoy storms, but packing up wet sandy gear.. not so much fun. Oh well you never know tomorrow until you live it!

Dew points to drop this weekend. With any luck the state will transition to cooler and drier fall conditions.

@Jim_H I know it’s still a week out, but the rain in the forecast for next Mon/Tues has me really hoping my new roof is done by Sunday! But I want it to rain, so I hope it actually happens.
