Alder Creek guide needed? What does that mean?

Why does this hike/trail(?) Alder Creek Trail #82 appear under "Needs Guide"? We are focusing on Alder Creek this year, having gone with a party of three in March and going with a party of 7 in November.

There are guides that include Alder Creek under
https://hikearizona.com/x.php?I=4&UID=0 ... &STx=&CM=3
https://hikearizona.com/x.php?I=4&UID=0 ... &STx=&CM=4
https://hikearizona.com/x.php?I=4&UID=0 ... STx=&CM=12

If you want to send me to a FAQ that can explain what's needed, maybe I can help by the end of the year.

@hawstom
those are triplogs
reviews of a hike rather than a guide to complete a hike
triplog reviews post to guide pages which are notably helpful for current conditions and multiple point of views

for reference, this is the guide page
[ Alder Creek Trail #82 ]
it's just a stub that lacks details

example of a recent authored guide with details about the hike
[ Huachuca Peak Trail #121 ]

[ FAQ: What is a guide ]

OK. I will try to figure this out. I was a bit confused between two (once upon a time) contiguous trails, "Alder Saddle Trail #81" and "Alder Creek Trail #82" when I asked.
