Wow, 5,000 people in an event on Sycamore Creek. Drinking, fireworks, shooting guns...what could go wrong??

It doesn't sound as if a good time was had by all. However, the survival rate on these events is too high to prevent recurrences.

That was the Tacos La Kiera food truck. There was lard clogging the grease trap and we had to roll her over to clear it out and get the fryer working again.

Safer than an evening hour in Chicago, Detroit, D.C. or Oakland..... And just think... All those guns and no one shot each other; maybe it isn't the gun(s) after all?
