Don’t know anything about it :?: , but I googled Roosevelt Dam Hot Springs and found the following
http://www.hotspringsenthusiast.com/Arizona.asp
AZ 33.669 111.165 ROOSEVELT DAM SPRINGS
118 48 MESA THEODORE ROOSEVELT DAM 7.5

When you follow the link it takes you to Topozone.
At topozone it shows the following
http://www.topozone.com/map.asp?qn=y&s= ... n=-111.165
UTM 12 484641E 3725474N (WGS84/NAD83)
USGS Theodore Roosevelt Dam Quad

this forum topic suggest
- it might be burried by the dam
- it may be underwater across from a viewing point

I suspect the spring is now under the waters of Apache Lake.

Thanks. Sounds like I may have old information? Joe - I just read the string from soak.net - thanks very helpful. I've done the Verde Hot Springs. They were a lot of fun. Are there any other hot springs that any of you would recommend that can be done as a day trip from phx?
