Little Saddle Tr. to Marion Spring Sunday Aug. 31

The Falcon Guide book says this is 6.8 miles RT and 1100' elevation gain. With the typical 5:30am start, it should be doable even in the heat. Start at Cross F TH, go up to Marion Spring and back. I would also like to take the spur up to the Saddle Mt. Trail, which would add maybe another .25 mile, so it that would make it almost an even 7 miles.

The forecasted temps for this Sunday look pretty good, only 98. And we'll top out at 5000' way before noon, so we might not get over 90 for the entire hike. Still looking for some "Committed" takers...

I'd really like to I've done the Little Saddle trail before and really liked it, but unfortunately I would need to be home before noon, so I cant make it this time.
