Turret Peak

Has anyone ever hiked to the summit of Turret Peak in the Tonto National Forest? I'm planning on tackling it this winter and current info on this peak is basically impossible to come by. Only things I can find are about the battle of turret peak and the snow storm conspiracy theory. Any info on how to best get to the top would be much appreciated.
