Is there water in Secret Canyon??

Dear ANYBODY,
I was initially led to believe from books and websites that there is at least some water in Secret Canyon near Sedona. Can anybody confirm this? I am planning on taking a scout troop in there this weekend and I urgently need to find out. Thanks in advance for your feedback.

When I was there in early May of this year, there was no flowing water but there were several pools scattered about wherever there was good shade.

Springtime is likely the only time you will find water in Secret Canyon

most of the photosets show water, some from past Novembers.

Hiked it in August 2005 and there was enough to filter and drink. I made a note in my recap to get back next time in September or October when there would be more water. See pic of August 2005, dog in a pool.
