My son sent it to me in an email, so it's making the rounds. I had to crop the photo a bit, so lost one of the three paramedics. Here's what the caption said:

The accident happened on a desert golf course in Tucson, AZ. He fell backwards into the cactus. It took paramedics over 3 hours to pull the cactus out before he could go in an ambulance to a hospital. He probably had time to drink a bottle of tequilla.

Sometimes the rough is really rough.

Man - and I thought dogs were a pain in the butt. Golfers are obviously MUCH worse!

Yeah... the Golf clubs definitely temper any sympathy! I have to think he drank the bottle of Tequila before the "incident". How the H**L does one fall into cactus? Looks more like he rolled around in it. I'd have just taken a 1 stroke penalty and got a new ball...

This one time....on the Skeleton Cave hike...I had 5 stuck to me and didn't even know it until I saw Joe laughing at me. 3 were stuck to my feet and 2 were stuck in my leg. Its the pulling them out part that hurts...me and cholla now have a mutual agreement ;)

It was unfortunately and hilarious all wrapped in one. I got two or three hits over the long hike in, I didn't realize how lucky I was until... Bob had to stop repeatedly over and over again in this one hundred yard span. I kept hearing "okay I got it" followed two seconds later by "pumpkin!". The most unfortunate (hilarious) part was when he was attracting more trying to get the others out.

Each time I'd go to grab my camera he'd rip 'em out before I had the chance

Umm.........hhmmmm. That is why I walk around cholla and over rattlesnakes. Been there before, and care not to be there again. Must have been playing golf the only way I know how...a beer a hole. He must have been some where along the 11th or 12th hole.
