Gun Safety Class

A friend of mine is willing to do a semi-private gun safety course for a group of five or more.
The cost of the course will be depedent upon the number of attendees.

He is a great public speaker, works with the sherrif's department on occasion, teaches concealed carry courses and is a big name in the local astronomy community.

This is not a thread to post pro/anti gun stuff, if things get crazy, I'll edit some posts if need be.

This is simply an invitation for interested and concerned people to get some solid gun safety poured into their head.

If you're interested in a good safety course post here, email or PM me and I'll get this together.

Thanks,
GTG

I'll talk to him about that too. He takes groups out into the desert and gives night sky tours as well.

Is it ok to post anti-astronomy stuff? I hate Carl Sagen!!!! I think he is a big fat...

Ok, never mind.

This would be great, he sounds very interesting/knowledgable. Would this work towards getting your concealed gun permit? And is there an appx cost??

Also, VERY interested in the astrology thingy. That first star you see is Venus right? I'm sure he could lend support to the theory that Men are from Mars.

Please...! It's astroNOMY, NOT astroLOGY. Astronomy is the scientific study of the cosmos. Astrology is fortune-telling.

Some of us are from Mars. Then again, I've met some people that had to be from Uranus.

I am still trying to put this thing together. Anyone else that would be interested in this please let me know. It's going to be two, four hour sessions on basic gun safety, cleaning etc. We'll probably do it at my place in the evening or a weekend day.

Let me know, thanks,
