Title says it all. I think it sucks. However not sure how they were kept out this long. Note at Cabeza Prieta wildlife refuge they supposedly have only 5 people that can help with policing that area and will count on the border patrol to help. Can anyone say "jurisdiction??" . Can't wait for the noise, the accidents that will happen, and probably the tracks out in the desert. Although I must say since the border patrol presence is greater I have found more tracks in the desert off the road than I saw before any semi permanent presence was out there.
Starts this summer, after the pronghorn breeding season ban on vehicles is over.
