There are two recent triplogs from the Inner Basin here:

Last I saw on
this webcam, much of the snow on the SW slopes had melted off.
Maybe someone else can comment on the area around the Summit Trail.

It's November, go hike Humphrey as it can be a very nice time of year with it still being early. Obviously, the aspens are bare, and there won't be color in the meadows as they have had numerous hard freezes, but so long as it is not windy, the weather can be nice, the air clear, and the visibility spectacular. It can also be windy, the air dirty as a result, and then there will be limited visibility. The current NWS forecast for Humphrey at 11,493' is for light winds Saturday and very modest winds on Sunday, so I would go for it. If you do go, look to the NW, just behind MT Trumbull for the Pine Vally Mountains near Cedar City, UT, and just to the west of Navajo MT on the northern horizon for the Henry Mountains north of Lake Powell. They may be visible, but may not be, too.
The snow that fell has either melted off, or is packed down with dirt and gravel. The NWS Bellemont webcam shows the mountain as dry all over. Maybe a small area of snow well below the trail in an area just below Humphrey. More likely the trail will at most be muddy in spots, but dry elsewhere. Before I got my new job and moved, I was planning on Humphrey in October, but I got a Colorado 14er and 2 Utah 12ers in September, so I guess I did alright. Nah, I miss the old volcano. Maybe I'll have to get up to Sierra Blanca near Ruidoso and see how that compares?
