Agree with David Roberts. That's the problem, tell one person, then they tell another--- it spins out of control. Old argument in caving--who or who is not worthy?? Is it an argument with a fair solution? Lock up everything then dole out a key or permit, but who makes that decision as to who gets in and who doesn't. Control of a resource, private or government? Both seem to just want to capitalize on that control of access with lip service given to the protection component. As you can tell I have no answers.
Some things are best left found in your head, if you feel so, without posted info or pics. My .02 worth.
