I'll be in Tucson area for a few days to visit Seguaro NP. Does anyone know which route is the best in viewing high density of seguaro cacti? Any sunrise/sunset spots? Thanks!

No clue on Saguaro NP, perhaps one of the Tucsonians can chime in.
Very dense between 0.5-1.5 miles on Finger Rock

sunset would be best however I'm not sure if there are restrictions on the parking lot after dark

@Chie
One of the best stands of saguaro catci that I've hiked through is on the Saguaro Vista Trail at Sweetwater Preserve which is in the Tucson Mountain foothills near Saguaro National Park-West:

I'll PM you some photos.
There are also some impressive saguaro stands along Gates Pass Road in the Tucson Mountains. Gates Pass might be a good location to catch a sunrise/sunset.
