Usually? No. Possibly? Ya never know.
Average highs are in the mid to upper 50s, with lows in the mid to upper 20s. Sounds pretty chilly to me!

I find that while days are usually quite pleasant in November, the overnight lows are often below freezing if you are above 4000 feet or so. Which makes most of our mountain streams a chilly place for an overnight. Some of the perennial desert streams or rivers may be a better option if fishing is the primary objective!

Soooooo, you're going to hike upstream from the lake? Creek flows south to north.
I've been down there 3 times this year.
3 days and 2 nights, you may be able to connect with Willow Springs lake. Watch out for the irrigation tubing...
I gotta agree with Chumley, likely extra cold down in the canyon too. You should take his suggestion and go to the Supes, or maybe Hells Hole. The temps there are comfortable still in November and there is plenty of water always.

Well considering I had a tent collapse on me from unexpected overnight Snowfall on May 1 this year I'm going to say Chevelon will be damn cold in November. It was damn cold then about 30 at night. Also the forest roads turned to mud pits up to the wheel wells. Thankful I didn't bury my jeep out there.

So far looking Good
Lows in the low 40's Highs in the 70's
Unless this front changes things, some chance of T-storms
My backup plan #Almal #chumley may be Hells Hole... I really wanna do some trout fishing.. im from the Pacific NW.. miss my trout
Keep yer fingers crossed friends
