Hi All,
Is Robber's Roost doable by a good hiking dog? Any spots that would be tricky?
Thanks in advance.

@pixelfrog
If you look at the hike description there is a dog friendly rating, it gets one, "dog friendly" rating and one, "neutral" rating...but nobody has said its not dog friendly FWIW....

Unless you have a defective dog (like mine) there shouldn't be any problems with a dog making it to the Roost.
Stop crying and just go do the hike.

The route shouldn't be any problem for you dog. You might think twice about letting it down into the actual roost-- could be tricky getting out or maybe I'm not remembering it well (its been a while). This is why I wish the Pooch Analysis would be expanded to allow added details like the spring reports.

@pixelfrog
I was there yesterday (2/9/17) and it should be fine for a "real" dog. A dog with short legs might tire out from the rock-hopping.
