Kaiser & Coffer Hot Springs

I was wondering if anyone here has ever been to either of these springs? Heard tell of them at the Verde hot spring and was reading about them online, but couldn't make out discernible directions.

Is the Kaiser close to the Santa Maria at all? Heard it was in a wash somewhere. Could you post or send me direction? magenta_fly@yahoo. It would be much appreciated/

You will find Kaiser Hot Springs on BLM land near Burro Wash and by the Burro Creek Campgrounds. Kaiser Springs is actually its own topo quad.
