So, from the hike description I cant really tell if this is an old road that is good for mountain biking, or if its more of a trail, the description talks about multiple trail heads but shows cars on the 'trail' in some pictures

So.......... can anybody clear this up for me

I haven't been out there since I was a kid, but if I recall correctly its more of an old forest service road
