The AZT is celebrating the Arizona Centennial with a push to get hikers over the entire trail this fall. The 800 miles has been divided into 100 (100 years) segments and groups are invited to register and hike their segment. Nearly all the trail has been claimed, but the Mazzies are going wanting. Any takers here?
See http://www.aztrail.org/centennial/epicenter.html for details.

Re: Mazatzal Hikers?

Re: Mazatzal Hikers?
All segments of the AZT are being hiked during this Centennial Celebration, now even the Mazatzals. I've heard the Mazzie's are very dry this year, anyone been up that way lately for a first hand water report?
