Tonto Pass
It looks as though there will be changes made to the Tonto Pass Program. In attempting to obtain info from the FS website, the links to the Tonto Recreational Pass program were broken today. Perhaps the recent 9th Circuit Court of Appeals ruling will result in those pesky fees being abolished -- at least at the trailheads along the waterfronts.
