Rentals
I am looking for a place to rent crampons and snowshoes for an upcoming Winter/Spring ascent of Mt. Humphreys. Does anyone know of a place that rents these items around Flagstaff or Pheonix?

Possible sources
We'd like to know the same thing ourselves so if you find out anything please post back to this list!
In Flagstaff try:
Aspen Sports 928-779-1935
Babbitt's Backcountry Outfitters 928-774-4775
Humphrey Summit SKi 928-779-1308
(One or more of these might have their own websites--we've never checked)
In Phoenix, always start a search for anything at the local REI's:
996-5400
967-5494
(We aren't sure about the area codes for them-our old phone book shows them as 602 but we suspect at least one of them is probably 480. If you get a weird recording when you're trying 602, then try 480.
Some of this website's "regulars" will probably know the answer to your question a lot better but at least this will get you started.
