Ok, I have been working full time as a bus driver and also going to school full time. I have not been doing much hiking lately, just an occasional short hike in Sedona.
I have just finished a 16-session rock climbing class (got my 57-year-old hulk up a lot of 5.8's and started working on only 5.9's by the end of the class

Right now I am in the White Mtns. for a week, at my house here, and today I am going to hike South Fork Trail #97 to Mexican Hay Lake and back, 12 miles, ~~1600 AEG. Tomorrow maybe a bike ride. Evenings at the gym, doing upper body stuff.
Any suggestions for my springtime re-fitness program? Supplements, etc?
