I need a safe place to leave a car in Flagstaff, while I finish the AZT from Flagstaff to UT, approx 200 hike mi; the dates are approx 6 May to 26 May; I'd hitch back from UT to Flagstaff when finished. WhenI did the middle 400 miles last year, I left my car at a Steward's house in Flagstaff, but that person has moved to the Phoenix area.

Re: car park in Flagstaff for section hike
I don't think the options have changed much since last year's thread: viewtopic.php?f=78&t=7420
But hopefully another local resident will contact you and offer parking at their home. I would think that is the ideal scenario. Good luck.

I'm not sure what my spirit animal is, but I'm confident it has rabies.

Alternatively, you can park you car on a desolate Forest Road, pull off to the side, and then cover you car in leaves and other debris, it should be there when you get back ;)
