| no partners | | Supposed to go to the Wave which was under about a foot of snow and House Rock rd at that point was looking impassable even with 4wd.
So---- thanks to Charly Moore at overlandcanyontours.com for taking me (usually small photo tours a minimum of two people) on last minute notice to this breathtaking canyon on the Navajo reservation outside of Page.
I didn't have a tripod and sunlight wasn't the best so don't judge this canyon by my pictures. Also some quite nice hiking in the wash to several mini slots and wildlife observations possible.
Charly and his guides have a nice photo gallery of their own at their store in Page. I have never used a guide before and it was a different but good experience for me. |
