| no partners | | | Was last here three years ago, or a few months before I joined HAZ. Was in Philadelphia visiting aunt and cousins, so decided to stop by Valley Forge in order to 1) get some exercise and 2) document it for hike description purposes. It was cold, and I even briefly got snowed on (the grainy pellet kind) for a minute by the Unknown Soldier monument. Surprised I did not see any deer, since they are such a problem, even closer to the city. Most of the hike was on a paved hike/bike path. Even if you don't have time for a hike, or a driving tour, make sure you check out the museum if you are in the area. |
