I served as the shuttle driver for a handful of friends who spent the day flying off Oatman Mtn near Gila Bend.

One guy had natural talent, and could ride the wind endlessly like a bird. For others it was more of a challenge, struggling to find the thermals, and ultimately being forced to retreat to the LZ sooner than desired.
