| no partners | | | Two lighthouses at El Punto. No trails no problem. My ever willing dad joined me on this one. Beach Walk past the new golf course under construction. Bushwack up an extremely steep wash and then followed a rd. to a trail. Apparently, it used to be manned and there is a small residence below the lighthouse found a tomato plant with two tomatoes. The old lighthouse is clearly visible as well as views in every direction from the top. Apparently the lighthouse has been rebuilt probably after a storm. The old one is laying where it fell. Got Az. deja vu from the thorns I had to remove after this hike. Next stop relax at the pool. |
