I continued on for about 1/2 mile of continuous clearing then switched modes to hitting the heaviest stuff back to the parking lot. Next Thursday I'll head back up to the balancing rock and take up where I left off working my way back down again.
The plants are sure growing thick along the trails, going to be a busy year clearing trails.
