It was still pleasant out so we headed up Saddle Mountain. We walked the road at first and when it started bending away we headed straight up. The views don't open up until you're close to the top. The steep incline works the hindquarters if you have four legs and if two legged it works the califs. The views were sweet but the solar panels and towers take away some of the beauty. On the way back we found an old road and all of a sudden I saw mama bear and 2 cubs. I quickly got Bruno on leash and tried to get a snap a photo  . Fun area...nice temps and great company. |
