I have been wanting to do this one since JohnLP and I passed by it a month ago on our way back from Mt. Ajo. Just the sheer number of telescopes up top is fascinating to me.

It was a bit brisk on the way up however once the blood got flowing it felt nice. Up top was even more impressive than I had imagined. The views were great!

I would like to come back sometime when I can actually go in the large observatory. Today it was closed. On the way back down I stopped and checked out an old storage shed. Pretty cool.
