Intermittent rains throughout the hike. Believe this is the first time I've seen the creek flowing. Lots of people out when I started but hardly any when I returned.

There was one mother with her young son at the bridge. She was knitting with all her stuff laid out. Her son was playing with little construction trucks in the sand with the creek flowing right by. Lucky kid! My childhood consisted of me tagging along with my mother on shopping sprees. I remember sitting in the chairs by the changing rooms thinking I would DIE as the time was going so slow.
