| partners | | After falling just short of keeping up with BobP for my July AEG, I knew I was ready for a day of something a little more relaxing. It was not difficult to convince 9L and Claire to put forth the same kind of effort. Liz couldn't make it, which was just as well because I think she would have defaulted to be the mentally unbalanced one.
The territorial capital is a great place to explore. There's a lot of culture. Also there's beer. And mead. And music. And tourists. And beer. Plus some cool history. The courthouse is iconic. I'd only been inside previously.
Eventually we got hungry and decided to let Fotg treat us to dinner at Del Taco.
Of course, no strenuous mountain climb like this could be complete without cherry dipped cones at the dequeue. JJ said it was messed up. |
