| no partners | | | Last of the Andorra via Ferratas. Learned of this excellent climb from a brochure I picked up at the Ordino visitor center. It's located in Erts, a very small village located NNW of Andorra de Vella along hwy CG-4. To get to the beginning of the route, you pass several rock climbing sport routes that look fun as well. Several longs stretches of climbing and considerable exposure. Excellent protection, stemples are close together but the route provides lots of opportunities to just use rock holds. The description gave it a medium difficulty, but it felt harder. Highly recommend it. Beautiful day with lots of sun, in the 60's. Nice ending to our time in Andorra. |
