| partners | | I decided at the last minute to jump in with this Wild Bunch for a Haunted Canyon Halloween Hike. I'm glad I did too because it turned out to be a great day. The hike in was about 50 degrees below my liking but from then on it was absolutely perfect.
As we approached Tony Cabin we crossed paths with the folks from SALT (Superstition Land Area Trust. They were out assessing the area and checking on Tony Cabin. We had a brief chat and continued on upstream for a bit. There we would take another stab at finding the elusive Cave of a 1000 eyes. No luck on this trip and I believe luck is what it is going to take to find it. Luck and persistence that is.
Afterwards we headed out on the Paradise Trail. This trail was new territory for me and I really enjoyed it.
