| no partners | | | On this day i joined my canyoneering buddies Joe and Kyle. We reached our campsite spot on friday night, ate plenty of animal protein and some fine IPAs as we prepared for the next morning's exploration. We reached our entrance point at around 930AM and did the first rap on our own. It was then we heard some voices behind us and it just randomly happened that my friends knew the people behind. Right then and there we joined forces and had two teams working together setting up anchors and ropes the rest of the way. It was until the last rap that our rope almost got stuck but nothing a pulley couldnt do and the rope was rescued. We then proceeded to the confluence and went up the creek all the way up to the rim were our car was. It was a great canyon, the adrenaline was worth the trip! |
