Minkis
We drove up Tuesday to camp at the Roost and hike in the area on Wednesday. I usually avoid Sedona but went with Minkis' suggestion. We road walked about a mile before the Roost trail. I was already enjoying the views. We had the Roost to ourselves. Set up camp and did some exploring above and around the Roost. Clouds would come and go resulting in an ever changing view. We enjoyed sunset and a peaceful night by the fire. Dark clouds rolled by all night but no precipitation came of it. We saw one mule deer and a mouse that was attacking some food Minkis left out. Great little spot to spend a night.
