3 persons and 2 kayaks so I opted to take the trail to view the lake. Warm day , disappointed with lack of wildlife,no wild horses, sheep, eagles not even a rattlesnake. Steady troop of tourists with a full parking lot by noon. Great hike if your in need of water views.
