My wife’s first time, I carried my 35 lb. 3 year old all the way up and down and he napped most of the way. My time up with him on my back was the same as the first time I did it about five years ago. Great day and weather. Unfortunately on the way down my wife slipped on the Barr trail and Broke her wrist. I ran ahead to get vehicle which was parked on the other side of town and she had to hike about two miles down Barr trail. I picked her up and took her to ER. Surgery this week no bueno.
