| partners | | We wanted to check out this site as RoadtripRyan and others said it is one of the best in The Comb. But, it's very popular and we were visiting in the afternoon, so I was concerned it might be like going to the mall.
We're very pleased to report that, although there were about a dozen or more other people (and a few dogs) at the site, it was revered by all and it wasn't one big selfie bonanza. What's great about this site is that it has a bit of everything. Structures, moki steps, metates, a beautiful alcove, wood timbers, pottery pieces, rock writings, you name it. And the hike is very easy so it's accessible to most.
On the way out we encountered two pre-teens who said the site is "awesome!". We agree. |
