Just a quick trip up the river in the early morning managing to dodge all the tourists.
The rest of the EV looks like a drabby shallow cesspool and this is the only area of the river that actually looks healthy right now.

Although just like any place with ease of access the trash and the human impact is an issue which is sad to see because lately it seems like there are more and more people that go outside that just don't care.
I was talking with a longtime Payson local and he said its only got worse over the years, more people, more trash and more abuse of the forest and overpopulation of once seldom traveled spots.
I hope one day people will learn but until then I'll be deep in the woods staying as far away as I can from the fake trendy social media sheep and cityslickers.
